Breathing coaching is designed to help you make small manageable changes to your breathing and easily blend them into your everyday life.
After a breathing assessment, we teach you a set of tools, one at a time, designed to normalize the breathing pattern across all the typical activities of daily life, including work, rest, sleep and exercise, plus how to revert from stress breathing to normal breathing during or after a crisis.
If you're interested in this website, it's possible your usual everyday way of breathing could be abnormal and you likely may not even be aware of how! Poor breathing habits can be subtle, yet significant, potentially setting off a cascade of mental and physical symptoms.

It's frequently the case that family members share a similar breathing pattern. Kids can entrain to their parents biological rhythms when they're in the womb or sitting on laps...feeling the tide of the inhalations and exhalations and mirroring them...
So if a pediatrician or orthodontist has suggested a change in breathing style, that's a great opportunity for the whole family to develop healthier new habits during shared everyday activities such as recreation, meals, and cleaning up.
There are lots of fun, simple games and exercises that families can do all together outside, and in the livingroom and kitchen, to foster awareness and increase their respiratory health.
